Raising a concern
Combined Mining encourages employees, contractors, suppliers, clients and community stakeholders to raise concerns about conduct connected with Combined Mining activities.
Concerns may relate to fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, unsafe work, harassment, discrimination, environmental harm, human-rights risks, misuse of information or retaliation.
How to contact Combined Mining
Send a written concern to engineering@combinedmining.co.za with the subject line 'Confidential: Speak Up'. Include enough factual information for the matter to be assessed, while avoiding unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Where anonymity is requested, Combined Mining will respect it as far as reasonably possible, recognising that limited information can affect the ability to investigate.
Fair handling and non-retaliation
Combined Mining will assess concerns in good faith, restrict information to people who need it for review, and seek an impartial response proportionate to the issue.
Combined Mining does not accept retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern or assists with an investigation. Deliberately false or malicious allegations are not protected.
